    Services provided: Coordinate and implement owner's program requirements; organize, supervise and manage multi-discipline design and engineering teams; manage to expedite the City Agency approval process; coordinate to create Owner's project budget and secure Owner's approval; supervise the bidding process, including bidder selection, bid evaluation, contractor selection and award and finalizing the construction contract; organize Owner's construction supervision team; oversee and manage the construction process (quality, schedule, change-order settlements, close-outs and user move-in).

    Services provided: Supervise and manage multi-discipline design and engineering teams; coordinate to create Owner's project budget and secure Owner's approval; supervise the bidding process, including bidder selection, bid evaluation, contractor selection and award and finalizing the construction contracts; oversight and project administration of the CM during construction phases (including quality, schedule, change-order settlements, and close-outs).

    Jewel House Construction and Historic Building Rehabilitaion

    Construction cost: £15 Million

    Services provided: Responsible, from pre-design through closeout, for the restoration of this 50,000 S.F. historic building, including a new display for the English Crown Jewels. Services provided included preparing the project mission statement; identification and selection of designers; guidance of design and construction phases; development of schedule, scopes of work and multiple contract awards; budget, cost and change controls. The project was completed under budget, without any claims, and to meet its original fixed opening date.
