    Services provided: Leading the in-house team through the project programming process; organize, supervise and manage a multi-discipline design and engineering team in the design development; coordinate to develop the Owner's baseline project budget and schedule and secure Owner's approval; manage to expedite the City Agency planning approvals process; management of Owner/Developer interface; and organize and take leadership role in feasibility studies and value engineering of multiple early works "enablement" projects.

    Services provided: Coordinate and implement owner's program requirements; organize, supervise and manage multi-discipline design and engineering teams; coordinate to create Owner's project budget and secure Owner's approval; supervise the bidding process, including bidder selection, bid evaluation, contractor selection and award and finalizing the construction contract; organize Owner's construction supervision team; oversee and manage the construction process (quality, schedule, change-order settlements, close-outs and user move-in).

    Services provided: Construction oversight for project scope, schedule, budget and installed quality of the early phase of the project. Coordinate to validate Owner's project budget based on final design, and secure Owner's approval; supervise the bidding process, including bidder selection, bid evaluation, contractor selection and award; organize Owner's construction supervision team; oversee and manage the construction process (quality, schedule, change-order settlements).

    Rehabilitation and Adaptive Re-use

    Services provided: Construction oversight for the complex renovation of this historic building; development of bid award strategy, including supervision of the bidding process, bidder selection, bid evaluation, contractor selection and award and finalizing the construction contracts; construction phasing and sequencing of the overall project schedule; supervision of construction activities.

    Services provided: Developed GC interface strategies; Project administration, including facilitating Architect/Owner/Contractor communication, change orders review; and progress of fit-out construction and cost; and coordinated with the architect and constructors in the participation and management of the punch list and rectification of all items.
